Ordering

Please ensure that an accurate delivery address and contact telephone number is added to all orders. Failure in providing one could result in a severe delay of your delivery. The delivery time depends on the destination country; please refer at our Shipping and Delivery for more details.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All transactions on Chandon Lucién website are processed using Sage Pay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Our prices are fixed and will be charged in USD (United States Dollars). The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returns & Replacements

Making a return or exchange is easy. We offer full refund on any purchases provided they are returned by registered and insured mail in their original condition, within 14 days from receipt (7 days for discounted items). Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. We are unable to accept merchandise that is not received in the above-specified conditions.

For all international returns, please ensure that you clearly declare the goods as ‘unwanted returns’ on all paperwork for customs. If you fail to do so, we will be charged import duty by customs. We will then need to pass any such charge on to you when refunding your card / exchanging your goods. To avoid these charges we suggest that you do not use a courier company such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, instead please use a registered and insured mail service that requires a signature on delivery.
